Toni Napier

My name is Toni Napier.  I am a White Earth tribal member and I live and work near White Earth village.  I have quilted, off and on, for 28 years.  I named this piece Transmutation.  The background is machine pieced and the female and flowers are hand appliqued.  It was machine quilted by Vivian at Service Cleaners in Detroit Lakes, MN.
